Support

At Full Armor Supportive Care, LLC, we provide licensed Respite, In-Home Support Services, and Independent Living Support that prioritize person-centered care for individuals with a documented developmental disability who are receiving the Virginia Waiver. Our team of trained direct support professionals (DSP) are dedicated to providing compassionate and quality care to our clients. Our philosophy is simple: we don’t believe in saying, “They can’t.” We believe in asking,
“How can we help them succeed?” We meet each person where they are, honor their individual journey, and provide the support they need to grow at their own pace. Whether they take one step or one hundred, we are committed to walking alongside them, celebrating every milestone, and empowering them to reach their fullest potential.

What are Developmental Disabilities?

It's important to be keenly aware of signs of a developmental disability. People of the world are not always understanding of people with this disability which can make life more difficult for this part of the population. It's not only important to give those with this disability the help they need, but to also encourage them to do their best to live life to the fullest without shame.
