Full Armor Supportive Care is licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to provide In-Home Support Services in the state of Virginia. The company was developed by our CEO, Asia Phillips. Asia has a long history of working in the state of Virginia supporting individuals receiving developmental disability services. She has served as a Support Coordinator with Prince William County Community Services Board, a Group Home Manager and Director,  as well as supporting local licensed providers by providing consultation.  

 

Asia started this company to be an advocate in her community by providing support to individuals receiving the waiver. Our goal is to always provide individualized support. She enjoys assisting individuals in ensuring they have a voice and that their voice is always heard despite any limitations they may exhibit. Those documented limitations may become strengths with the right support.
