Asia Phillips, CEO
I started Full Armor Supportive Care because I saw a need for more compassionate, person-centered, and hands-on support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community. Too often, I witnessed people being defined by their diagnosis instead of being recognized for their strengths, potential, and individuality. I knew there had to be a better way. Helping others has always been my passion. There is nothing more rewarding than watching someone accomplish a goal they once thought was out of reach—whether it’s learning a new skill, gaining independence, finding their voice, or simply becoming more confident in themselves. Every achievement, no matter how big or small, deserves to be celebrated. At Full Armor Supportive Care, I believe every person deserves the opportunity to live a successful, meaningful, and productive life. A disability does not determine a person’s value, limit their dreams, or define what they are capable of achieving.
